This is the perfect place to start! In this class you will learn the postures and modifications, proper alignment, and breathing rhythms at a comfortable pace.
An open-level yoga class focused on moving with the breath. You'll move through a heating series of sun salutations and standing poses before coming down to the mat for longer-held deep stretches. You'll learn steady and safe alignment while allowing space to explore your own practice.
This is a vigorous flow through Sun Salutations, Balance Poses, Spinal Twists, and Inversions. You will sweat in this class. Yoga experience is recommended but not required.
